Key Policies
COMMUICATION
Young people need to know where they can access wellbeing and financial support through communication of available resources.
EQUAL PAY
Young people deserve to be paid the same as older colleagues in the same job as there are not age based rent prices or living costs.
VIRTUAL WORK
Online working can be used to provide opportunities in sectors previously inaccessible to young people such as those in rural areas.
GENDER EQUALITY
The pandemic hit young women hard, there needs to be focus on this when developing work schemes to address this.

TESTIMONIALS
I receive 2/3 of what I use to earn working full time but all my bills and rent have continued to increase. Luckily everywhere is closed so there are fewer opportunities to spend money. My mental health has been more adversely affected than my physical health.
Losing my job of 4 years has had a massive impact on my mental health and now I have massive worries about money after furlough ends.
I was furloughed so my income wasn’t affected too much but my general mental health and well-being has been terrible. I feel very dissociated with life and my university work. I’ve lost all motivation and have no will to achieve well in my studies.
